3M Convention Celebration
When you’re looking to throw a big bash look no farther than Team Arthur’s. For this event we partnered with our friends at Avenue Event Group to execute a 300 guest end-of-convention celebration. The Hangar Orlando was the perfect venue for this group. The 20,000 square foot space, located at the Orlando Executive Airport, can accommodate up to 1,500 guests! Its polished white floors, white walls, and 40′ high white ceiling make The Hangar a blank canvas that can be completely customized!
This client had the vision of throwing a cocktail party turned late-night concert which our teams executed flawlessly. They selected a fun mix-and mingle menu with chef-inspired stations: Fresh from Florida, the Sensational Slider Station, and the Little Italy Station. After dinner guests enjoyed A-List entertainment by recording artist, Keith Urban and topped off the night with flaming s’mores and miniature indulgences for dessert!
