For this month’s Chef’s Corner we are featuring, Lynn Black! TODAY is his 25th anniversary at Arthur’s! Lynn is one of Arthur’s very first chefs. We have the privilege of working with team members that are talented in and outside of the kitchen and Lynn is no exception! You may have seen these beautiful boards displaying our Wood Smoked Salmon, Charcuterie, and the like! Lynn designs these by hand! We call these gems our “Lynn Boards”. He says his favorite part about working at Arthur’s is that every day is different! Each day he has the privilege of meeting new people and preparing exciting new dishes! Happy Arthur-versary Lynn!
