Mark begins every day by enjoying some coffee and a kale smoothie with his wife, Courtney, before coming into work and genuinely greeting all of his staff in the building that day. Other than his morning greeting and the daily community lunch at Arthur’s, Mark’s favorite part about the job is that there is no typical day at work. He loves to mentor and collaborate with the staff and has a passion for getting to know clients and seeing their expressions of joy when their events come to fruition. Mark is the original Life of the Party and says that, “it is our staff’s deep and genuine care about the individual experience of our clients and guests that make Arthur’s The Life of the Party.”

Hector Boehme
Executive Vice President
Over his years working at Arthur’s, Hector has taken on a variety of roles. He began as a server, eventually became an Event Captain and within a few years he found himself as the Warehouse Manager, then Operations Manager and finally, Executive Vice President. Hector’s favorite part about working at Arthur’s has been the opportunity to wear many different hats, whether that be washing dishes, bartending or putting his computer programming knowledge and degree in Business Information Management to the test by creating software that changes the way our company does business. Naturally, he identifies closely with our core value, Unboxed, as he is not defined by the boundaries around him.

Beth Visconti
Director of Catering & HR
Close to 20 years of working at Arthur’s in different roles has given Beth a unique perspective on events. Her experience has led her to become the Director of Catering, working directly with and mentoring the event designers, service staff and culinary team. Beth most closely relates to our core value, Unboxed, and she enjoys the ability to be creative every day. Her favorite parts of the job include coming up with new signature drinks and cocktails and working with the culinary team to create new menu items and food stations.

Jeff Flint
Warehouse Manager
As the hardworking Warehouse Manager 8 days a week, Jeff is the Reliable guy that we all count on to keep our operations running smoothly. He and his team are responsible for managing our inventory, loading and unloading 1,600+ trucks per year and keeping our plateware, glassware and flatware sparkling clean. It is a good thing Jeff’s favorite part of the job is being busy! Outside of work, Jeff enjoys a good Root Beer when he’s feeling fancy and focuses on training for obstacle course races where he is one of the top competitors in his age group- catch him if you can!

Brittany Dunkle
Office Manager
Before joining the Arthur’s team, Brittany received a degree in Event Management from UCF (Go Knights!) and helped run a local venue in Orlando. She has a passion for food, which is perfect for catering, and her favorite part of the job is sampling new menu items. Brittany is described by colleagues as honest, funny and outgoing and fittingly identifies closely with our core value, Hospitable. She enjoys making connections with clients and believes that The Life of the Party means “ensuring our guests and clients have the experience of a lifetime.”

Kristi Gonzales
Service Manager
Hardworking, dedicated and professional are the three words that describe Kristi, without her Arthur’s would be missing a major asset to the team. As Service Manager Kristi’s days are filled with providing the best service to our guests through scheduling all 250+ of our service staff to their various events. When she isn’t working on scheduling, she is out helping the youth in our community through education and mentorship. To her the Life of The Party means “being able to bring clients vision to life through a fun well executed party.”

Dennis Krick
Bookkeeper
Dennis is a meticulous number cruncher who brings over thirty years of experience to the Arthur’s team. After attending college as a music major, Dennis worked in finance for the entertainment industry and says his greatest accomplishment was appearing in the credits of a movie for the first time. Dennis defines being Attentive, Reliable and Trustworthy as the most important Arthur’s core values. You can usually find him singing songs from The Carpenters in his spare time and sometimes even in his office while he works on reporting or payables.

Stephen Gray
Executive Chef
Stephen is an easy-going chef whose main goal in life is to have a great time. He received a degree in Graphic Arts before mastering the Culinary Arts and now prides himself in helping run the best catering kitchen in Orlando. Stephen’s favorite parts about working at Arthur’s are having the freedom to cook many different foods and the ability to learn something new every day. Being Trustworthy, Reliable and Sincere are on Stephen’s list of most important core values. Forever learning, you can often find him reading Bon Appetit.

Marketing Manager
Managing our brand and being the voice of our social media is a big job and with Jess at the helm, Arthur’s Catering is in great hands. With a background in Public Relations and Business Communication, Jess has the skills and knowledge to take on any challenge. Her colleagues describe her as on top of her game, helpful, and organized, and her dedication to causes like animal welfare is a testament to her caring and kind nature. When she’s not managing the Arthur’s Catering brand, you can find her exploring new places in Florida or galivanting around the theme parks.
