Mark begins every day by enjoying some coffee and a kale smoothie with his wife, Courtney, before coming into work and genuinely greeting all of his staff in the building that day.  Other than his morning greeting and the daily community lunch at Arthur’s, Mark’s favorite part about the job is that there is no typical day at work.  He loves to mentor and collaborate with the staff and has a passion for getting to know clients and seeing their expressions of joy when their events come to fruition.  Mark is the original Life of the Party and says that, “it is our staff’s deep and genuine care about the individual experience of our clients and guests that make Arthur’s The Life of the Party.”

Passions: Fishing, Tennis and the Outdoors

Over his years working at Arthur’s, Hector has taken on a variety of roles.  He began as a server, eventually became an Event Captain and within a few years he found himself as the Warehouse Manager, then Operations Manager and finally, Executive Vice President.  Hector’s favorite part about working at Arthur’s has been the opportunity to wear many different hats, whether that be washing dishes, bartending or putting his computer programming knowledge and degree in Business Information Management to the test by creating software that changes the way our company does business.  Naturally, he identifies closely with our core value, Unboxed, as he is not defined by the boundaries around him.

Close to 20 years of working at Arthur’s in different roles has given Beth a unique perspective on events.  Her experience has led her to become the Director of Catering, working directly with and mentoring the event designers, service staff and culinary team.  Beth most closely relates to our core value, Unboxed, and she enjoys the ability to be creative every day.  Her favorite parts of the job include coming up with new signature drinks and cocktails and working with the culinary team to create new menu items and food stations.

Diego made his way to Orlando from the 305 after gaining a lot of experience in the hospitality field. From helping with the South Beach Wine & Food Festival, running the catering department for the former American Airlines Arena, to owning his own restaurant that appeared on Diner’s, Drive-In’s and Dives! Hospitable is the Arthur’s core value that Diego most relates to, as he has always been a huge proponent of treating his clients with kindness and respect. When Diego is away from his desk, you can often find him relaxing by the pool with his family.

Jen joined the Arthur’s team in 2005 as a part-time server while also gaining experience at several restaurants and hotels in the area. It only took a short time for her to realize how much she enjoyed the event industry and decided to make it her career. After receiving her degree in Event Management from the Rosen College at UCF (Go Knights!), Jen joined the Arthur’s family full time. As an Event Designer, she has brought many parties to life, ensuring that our clients always have a phenomenal time.  For Jen, being the Life of the Party means “creating a flawlessly executed event from start to finish, with delicious food and exceptional service.  When someone thinks of an event, we want them to think of Arthur’s.”

As the hardworking Warehouse Manager 8 days a week, Jeff is the Reliable guy that we all count on to keep our operations running smoothly.  He and his team are responsible for managing our inventory, loading and unloading 1,600+ trucks per year and keeping our plateware, glassware and flatware sparkling clean.  It is a good thing Jeff’s favorite part of the job is being busy!  Outside of work, Jeff enjoys a good Root Beer when he’s feeling fancy and focuses on training for obstacle course races where he is one of the top competitors in his age group- catch him if you can!

After spending most of her time in the Windy City Sarah packed her bags and moved to the Sunshine State to join our team as an Event Designer at Casa Feliz. She loves getting to know all her couples and bringing their wedding vision to life through lots of communication and being there every step of the way through the planning process. When not giving tours or sitting in meetings with her clients you can usually find her at the Disney Parks or lounging at the beach. At the end of the day she hopes to be known as someone who is kind and tenacious and the Arthur’s family definitely agrees!

Years of experience in the Arthur’s kitchen have earned Amy the title of Executive Sous Chef.  She describes a typical day at work as being busy from start to finish, producing quality food and quality people.  As a manager in the kitchen, Amy enjoys being Un-Boxed with her cooking and teaching other employees on the culinary team how to live up to their potentials.  She can be described as a Reliable, kick-ass cook and would like to be remembered as a great chef, mentor and friend.

Before joining the Arthur’s team, Brittany received a degree in Event Management from UCF (Go Knights!) and helped run a local venue in Orlando.  She has a passion for food, which is perfect for catering, and her favorite part of the job is sampling new menu items.  Brittany is described by colleagues as honest, funny and outgoing and fittingly identifies closely with our core value, Hospitable.  She enjoys making connections with clients and believes that The Life of the Party means “ensuring our guests and clients have the experience of a lifetime.”

Carrie is a self-described puzzle guru and Trustworthy rule follower, which makes her the perfect person to master catering calculus in our Bookkeeping office.   With their powers combined, Dennis and Carrie are our bookkeeping team doing the right thing one invoice at a time! Her favorite part about the job is making sure everyone gets paid on time and we aren’t complaining!  When she’s not sorting through receipt paper, Carrie spends time with her three Labradors and at Hot Dog Heaven munching on a Chicago dog.

Much like Walt Disney if Marissa can dream it, Marissa can do it! As our Executive Pastry Chef Marissa likes to challenge herself to create new desserts and do everything she can to create memorable events for our clients. Always looking at the glass half full, Marissa treats every party like it’s the party of the year. When not cooking up delectable delights you can find Marissa at the Disney parks or spending time with her husband, her family and her friends.

Hardworking, dedicated and professional are the three words that describe Kristi, without her Arthur’s would be missing a major asset to the team. As Service Manager Kristi’s days are filled with providing the best service to our guests through scheduling all 250+ of our service staff to their various events. When she isn’t working on scheduling, she is out helping the youth in our community through education and mentorship. To her the Life of The Party means “being able to bring clients vision to life through a fun well executed party.”

Crystal is one of the most senior employees on our operations team and her experience shines through every single day.  Organization is Crystal’s top priority and her skills ensure that everything you need for your event arrives on time, allowing for a smooth and crisp setup that will lead to an excellent event.  Crystal can be described by the Arthur’s core values of Reliable, Trustworthy and Responsible.  When she is not at work, you can find her spending time with her dog or catching the latest episode of The Night Shift.

Dennis is a meticulous number cruncher who brings over thirty years of experience to the Arthur’s team.  After attending college as a music major, Dennis worked in finance for the entertainment industry and says his greatest accomplishment was appearing in the credits of a movie for the first time.  Dennis defines being Attentive, Reliable and Trustworthy as the most important Arthur’s core values.  You can usually find him singing songs from The Carpenters in his spare time and sometimes even in his office while he works on reporting or payables.

More than 10 years of experience at Arthur’s have given Hayli the experience needed to put on a top-notch event.  As an event designer, no two days at work are the same for Hayli.  This variability allows her creative juices to flow and even though things often change, she remains one of the most organized people in the office.  The Arthur’s core values of Attentive, Trustworthy and Hospitable best describe Hayli, and due to her highly personable nature, her favorite part of the job is building relationships with clients and coworkers.  When Hayli is away from work, you can often find her volunteering at church or at brunch with family and friends.

Sometimes the smallest bites pack the biggest punch, and with Katie it’s no different!  Having joined the Arthur’s team in 2011, Katie is a 4’11’ firecracker with a passion for big flavors, larger-than-life events, and unmatched customer service.  Katie excels at designing interesting and unique menus that party-goers will not soon forget. Whether it’s a party for 5 or 5000, Katie’s passion for providing one-of-a-kind experiences for her clients and their guests shines through. When she’s not working, you’ll find her paddle boarding through the Winter Park chain of lakes, exploring new restaurants, and lounging with her dogs. Katie’s favorite parts about working at Arthur’s are planning and figuring out all of the details and logistics for large scales events and working with the Arthur’s team to become the Life of the Party.

Kathleen is passionate about giving back to those less fortunate and strives to make a positive impact while volunteering at organizations like the Society of St. Andrew and Bread of Life Ministries. Outside of work, you can find Kathleen either buried in a good sci-fi novel or keeping her yard in tip-top shape.

Lori received a degree in Event Management and minor in Hospitality Management from the University of Central Florida (Go Knights!). She has extensive experience working at several top venues in Orlando! Lori can be described as one of the most positive people in the Arthur’s family and is an incredibly adaptable team player.  Lori’s favorite part about working at Arthur’s is interacting with clients, making their day as special as possible and seeing the smile on their faces during such an unforgettable time.  She believes Arthur’s becomes the Life of the Party through the food selection and our personable staff, which elevate the guest experience. When Lori helps her clients create their vision, it contributes to a lively, energetic and memorable event.

With more than 20 years of experience at Arthur’s, Lori prides herself in keeping her passion for events fresh every day.  Before joining Arthur’s, she studied Art and Theatre in college and was a cook, kitchen manager and general manager at various restaurants in Orlando.  Lori has used her experience in theatre to become one of the most creative people on the Arthur’s team and plans events as if they are theatrical moments by understanding her clients’ stories, setting the scene and picking the right food to bring it all together.  She attributes Arthur’s being the Life of the Party to our staff, who “give our events a heartbeat that they wouldn’t have without us.”

As a long time Arthur’s employee, Patty has had the opportunity to master both service and event design.  She is one of the most creative Event Designers and spends her days corresponding with clients, getting all the information she needs to build a unique menu for each event.  When Patty isn’t booking events, you can find her on-site setting up and connecting with our staff and clients on a personal level.  Patty’s events are given life by “the love that our staff and food bring to the party.”

Stephen is an easy-going chef whose main goal in life is to have a great time.  He received a degree in Graphic Arts before mastering the Culinary Arts and now prides himself in helping run the best catering kitchen in Orlando.  Stephen’s favorite parts about working at Arthur’s are having the freedom to cook many different foods and the ability to learn something new every day. Being Trustworthy, Reliable and Sincere are on Stephen’s list of most important core values.  Forever learning, you can often find him reading Bon Appetit.

Described by colleagues as reliable and fun-loving, Justin is also a woodworking enthusiast with a knack for building things. Off the clock, you’ll likely find him hiking with friends.

As Co-Warehouse Manager, Mike knows there’s rarely such a thing as a typical day at Arthur’s. Whether he’s loading trucks, making deliveries or tackling an unexpected fix around the building, he enjoys finding solutions to whatever comes his way. Known for being patient and diligent, Mike believes there’s always a way forward and is constantly looking for opportunities to learn and grow. He credits much of his work ethic to his grandfather, whose determination and ability to figure out just about anything left a lasting impression on him. Outside of work, Mike’s perfect Sunday is simple: breakfast, a fresh cup of coffee and time with his wife and daughter.

When she’s not at Arthur’s, you can usually find her at the theme parks, cheering on the Buffalo Bills or dreaming of a beach day with a margarita in hand. An animal lover at heart, she’s also passionate about pet rescue and would happily adopt every shelter animal if she could.

Delaney brings a creative, “Un-Boxed” approach to her role as Arthur’s Training and Development Manager. For Delaney, being the Life of the Party means being the heart and soul of an event, creating an experience guests remember not only for the food and service, but for how they felt. When she’s not training the team, you can usually find her exploring the theme parks, trying a new local food spot or cheering on the Bills with her partner and two cats. She hopes to be remembered for bringing plenty of laughter along the way, even if her jokes are admittedly a little cheesy.
