Last month we celebrated our amazing team with our annual holiday party! We pick a new theme each year and this year we landed on a mysterious and elegant Masquerade Ball. Our team really took their outfits to the next level with many of us guessing who everyone was! The event took place at the Orlando Museum of Art. We had a delicious spread from Cuisiniers, casino and photo booth from Fun Planners and danced all night long with DJ MJ from Junction 88 Productions!
Every year we take time to celebrate and congratulate our team for the hard work and dedication they showed through the season. We awarded select, standout team members with our Employee of the Quarter award. In addition, we had a table full of great raffle prizes for all team members to enter to win. We partnered with Hilton Grand Vacations and they generously donated a 3-night stay at any of their Diamond Resorts hotels. We also raffled off a 43-inch TV, a Nintendo Switch bundle, Apple Watch, Tomahawk Steaks and wine for some date night bundles, various gift cards and so much more!
It was so exciting to honor our team in this way. I think everyone’s favorite part, however, was our superlative awards. The crowd could nominate the best dressed male, female and couple as well as most likely to not be recognized, it is a Masquerade after all! Our 2024 Employee Party was one for the ages! Here at Arthur’s, we find it imperative that our team knows how much their hard work directly impacts our company. We love our team!
