Deliciously Inclusive

At Arthur’s, we’re always looking for ways to elevate our dining experience while ensuring every guest can enjoy our food with confidence. Our most recent change that we are thrilled to announce is that all of our sauces are now gluten-free!

Why the change you ask? We understand that dietary restrictions, allergies and preferences are an important part of planning any event and we want to provide delicious options without compromise. By making this change, we’re able to offer the same bold flavors you know and love with an extra level of inclusivity.

Have no fear, going gluten free doesn’t mean sacrificing taste. Our culinary team has worked diligently to perfect our sauces, ensuring they maintain the same depth, richness, and quality.

In addition to our now fully gluten-free sauces, we offer a variety of menu options designed to accommodate gluten-sensitive guests. Some of our standout gluten-free offerings include:

  • Spicy Tuna On Crispy Rice – This crowd-favorite now comes completely gluten-free, so more guests can enjoy its bold, fresh flavors.
  • Gluten-Free Flatbreads – We offer gluten-free pizza dough as a unique and delicious alternative, ensuring that everyone can indulge in this shareable favorite.
  • Eggplant Involtini – A versatile and flavorful dish that can be prepared gluten-free, as well as vegan or vegetarian, to accommodate a variety of dietary needs.

While offering more gluten-free options is important, we are also working on expanding our vegetarian and vegan options. AND we recently changed our pesto to be nut-free by no longer including pine nuts in the recipe, allowing our nut-sensitive guests to enjoy items like our Parmesan Risotto Cakes!

We have an extensive Vegan and Vegetarian menu, from passed items, to stations, to plated entrees.  We tend to match the flavor profiles of our regular items so they could be served side by side if that was needed for certain events. Some of our stand out options are:
