Before joining the Arthur’s team, Brittany received a degree in Event Management from UCF (Go Knights!) and helped run a local venue in Orlando. She has a passion for food, which is perfect for catering, and her favorite part of the job is sampling new menu items. Brittany is described by colleagues as honest, funny and outgoing and fittingly identifies closely with our core value, Hospitable. She enjoys making connections with clients and believes that The Life of the Party means “ensuring our guests and clients have the experience of a lifetime.”

Carrie Fugett
Assistant Bookkeeper
Carrie is a self-described puzzle guru and Trustworthy rule follower, which makes her the perfect person to master catering calculus in our Bookkeeping office. With their powers combined, Dennis and Carrie are our bookkeeping team doing the right thing one invoice at a time! Her favorite part about the job is making sure everyone gets paid on time and we aren’t complaining! When she’s not sorting through receipt paper, Carrie spends time with her three Labradors and at Hot Dog Heaven munching on a Chicago dog.

Sammy Hammer
Event Coordinator
Sammy came to Arthur’s with a degree in food service and restaurant management from the Rosen College at UCF (Go Knights!) and a background in baking. Sammy’s favorite part about working for Arthur’s are the people she works with. They are kind and genuine people, and she appreciates how much they have poured into her to help her learn. Her baking skills have led her to appear in the Spring Baking Championship: Easter on the Food Network which she says is currently her biggest professional accomplishment! When Sammy’s off the clock you can find her in the gym or in her kitchen coming up with her next new and exciting treat.

Crystal is one of the most senior employees on our operations team and her experience shines through every single day. Organization is Crystal’s top priority and her skills ensure that everything you need for your event arrives on time, allowing for a smooth and crisp setup that will lead to an excellent event. Emily started at Arthur’s during her time at Rosen College at UCF (go Knights!) and after earning her degree in Hospitality Management, she joined the Arthur’s Family full time as an Event Coordinator bringing boundless enthusiasm and knack for connection to every task. Emily embodies the “Life of the Party” mentality, infusing positivity and fun into everything she does. Her favorite part? Personally connecting with clients and being part of their journey to create unforgettable events. Off the clock Emily enjoys whipping up delicious meals and exploring the latest bars and restaurants around town with her friends.

Justin’s days are spent meticulously overseeing party details and ensuring top-notch standards at events. His favorite part of the job? The people, of course! Described by colleagues as reliable and fun-loving, Justin is also a woodworking enthusiast with a knack for building things. Off the clock, you’ll likely find him hiking with friends.
