She describes a typical day at work as being busy from start to finish, producing quality food and quality people. As a manager in the kitchen, Amy enjoys being Un-Boxed with her cooking and teaching other employees on the culinary team how to live up to their potentials. She can be described as a Reliable, kick-ass cook and would like to be remembered as a great chef, mentor and friend.

Much like Walt Disney if Marissa can dream it, Marissa can do it! As our Executive Pastry Chef Marissa likes to challenge herself to create new desserts and do everything she can to create memorable events for our clients. Always looking at the glass half full, Marissa treats every party like it’s the party of the year. When not cooking up delectable delights you can find Marissa at the Disney parks or spending time with her husband, her family and her friends.

Stephen is an easy-going chef whose main goal in life is to have a great time. He received a degree in Graphic Arts before mastering the Culinary Arts and now prides himself in helping run the best catering kitchen in Orlando. Stephen’s favorite parts about working at Arthur’s are having the freedom to cook many different foods and the ability to learn something new every day. Being Trustworthy, Reliable and Sincere are on Stephen’s list of most important core values. Forever learning, you can often find him reading Bon Appetit.
