Diego made his way to Orlando from the 305 after gaining a lot of experience in the hospitality field. From helping with the South Beach Wine & Food Festival, running the catering department for the former American Airlines Arena, to owning his own restaurant that appeared on Diner’s, Drive-In’s and Dives! Hospitable is the Arthur’s core value that Diego most relates to, as he has always been a huge proponent of treating his clients with kindness and respect. When Diego is away from his desk, you can often find him relaxing by the pool with his family.

Jennifer Boehme
Event Designer
Jen joined the Arthur’s team in 2005 as a part-time server while also gaining experience at several restaurants and hotels in the area. It only took a short time for her to realize how much she enjoyed the event industry and decided to make it her career. After receiving her degree in Event Management from the Rosen College at UCF (Go Knights!), Jen joined the Arthur’s family full time. As an Event Designer, she has brought many parties to life, ensuring that our clients always have a phenomenal time. For Jen, being the Life of the Party means “creating a flawlessly executed event from start to finish, with delicious food and exceptional service. When someone thinks of an event, we want them to think of Arthur’s.”

Sarah Ellison
Casa Feliz Event Designer
After spending most of her time in the Windy City Sarah packed her bags and moved to the Sunshine State to join our team as an Event Designer at Casa Feliz. She loves getting to know all her couples and bringing their wedding vision to life through lots of communication and being there every step of the way through the planning process. When not giving tours or sitting in meetings with her clients you can usually find her at the Disney Parks or lounging at the beach. At the end of the day she hopes to be known as someone who is kind and tenacious and the Arthur’s family definitely agrees!

Hayli Westhelle
Event Designer
More than 10 years of experience at Arthur’s have given Hayli the experience needed to put on a top-notch event. As an event designer, no two days at work are the same for Hayli. This variability allows her creative juices to flow and even though things often change, she remains one of the most organized people in the office. The Arthur’s core values of Attentive, Trustworthy and Hospitable best describe Hayli, and due to her highly personable nature, her favorite part of the job is building relationships with clients and coworkers. When Hayli is away from work, you can often find her volunteering at church or at brunch with family and friends.

Katie Weller
Event Designer
Sometimes the smallest bites pack the biggest punch, and with Katie it’s no different! Having joined the Arthur’s team in 2011, Katie is a 4’11’ firecracker with a passion for big flavors, larger-than-life events, and unmatched customer service. Katie excels at designing interesting and unique menus that party-goers will not soon forget. Whether it’s a party for 5 or 5000, Katie’s passion for providing one-of-a-kind experiences for her clients and their guests shines through. When she’s not working, you’ll find her paddle boarding through the Winter Park chain of lakes, exploring new restaurants, and lounging with her dogs. Katie’s favorite parts about working at Arthur’s are planning and figuring out all of the details and logistics for large scales events and working with the Arthur’s team to become the Life of the Party.

Kathleen Bean
Event Designer
Kathleen is a skilled event designer here at Arthur’s Catering, bringing her clients’ dream events to life with her attention to detail and hardworking nature. Her positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile make her an asset to any event she plans. Kathleen is passionate about giving back to those less fortunate and strives to make a positive impact while volunteering at organizations like the Society of St. Andrew and Bread of Life Ministries. Outside of work, you can find Kathleen either buried in a good sci-fi novel or keeping her yard in tip-top shape.

Lori Strickland
Casa Feliz & Harriett’s Orlando Ballet Centre Event Designer
Lori received a degree in Event Management and minor in Hospitality Management from the University of Central Florida (Go Knights!). She has extensive experience working at several top venues in Orlando! Lori can be described as one of the most positive people in the Arthur’s family and is an incredibly adaptable team player. Lori’s favorite part about working at Arthur’s is interacting with clients, making their day as special as possible and seeing the smile on their faces during such an unforgettable time. She believes Arthur’s becomes the Life of the Party through the food selection and our personable staff, which elevate the guest experience. When Lori helps her clients create their vision, it contributes to a lively, energetic and memorable event.

Talent: Can ride horses in English and Western style. She has had a horse named Tony since she was a little girl.


Lori Player
Event Designer
With more than 20 years of experience at Arthur’s, Lori prides herself in keeping her passion for events fresh every day. Before joining Arthur’s, she studied Art and Theatre in college and was a cook, kitchen manager and general manager at various restaurants in Orlando. Lori has used her experience in theatre to become one of the most creative people on the Arthur’s team and plans events as if they are theatrical moments by understanding her clients’ stories, setting the scene and picking the right food to bring it all together. She attributes Arthur’s being the Life of the Party to our staff, who “give our events a heartbeat that they wouldn’t have without us.”

Patty Sturgeon
Event Designer
As a long time Arthur’s employee, Patty has had the opportunity to master both service and event design. She is one of the most creative Event Designers and spends her days corresponding with clients, getting all the information she needs to build a unique menu for each event. When Patty isn’t booking events, you can find her on-site setting up and connecting with our staff and clients on a personal level. Patty’s events are given life by “the love that our staff and food bring to the party.”
