The Most Imaginative Bartender (MIB) competition—presented by Bombay Sapphire and the Tales of the Cocktail Foundation—celebrates creativity, originality, and innovation in the cocktail world. After a demanding process that includes applications, in-person semi-finals, and finals, the 2024 champion, Elise Hanson, emerged victorious with her inventive “The Happy Place Project” cocktail, earning a $20,000 grant to fund her sustainability-driven canvas project, Higher Harvests. As a part of the celebration, our team had the privilege of catering her winners’ event, crafting delicious fare to honor her achievement and the ingenuity of the evening.
