Since 2009, Arthurs has made efforts to decrease our carbon footprint and become more eco-friendly.

By offering our clients choices, we are joining forces to support and reduce negative impacts on our
environment.

If we, as a company, change our behaviors and make conscious decisions that have a positive effect
in the fragile balance of our environment, we have achieved our goal to make a difference.

• Recycling at our office, in our kitchen and at off-site events
• Recycling our fryer oil
• Work with local farmers, purveyors and vendors whenever possible

We also have access to a wide variety of bio-degradable and environmental friendly products available for events. Compostable products made with bamboo and specific plastics are available for your event, ask us for more information.
